Welcome to Eviworx Documentation

Eviworx is an on-premise ITSM platform with FIPS 140-2 compatible algorithms, a SHA-256 hash-chained audit trail and a zero-trust security architecture. Deployed via 12 specialized Docker containers.

What is Eviworx?

Eviworx runs entirely in your own infrastructure. The interface is available in 5 languages (DE, EN, ES, FR, IT); the Unified Workplace Dashboard is the central starting point after login.

  • Asset Management: Model clustering, QR/PDF handover, inventory, AssetType policies
  • Workflow Designer: 8 node types, drag-&-drop editor
  • CronJobs & Automation: Scheduled jobs, activity logging
  • Security: SHA-256 audit chain, zero-trust virus scan, RBAC, MFA (TOTP), FIPS 140-2 compatible algorithms
  • Contracts & Licenses: TCO tracking, seat management
  • Custom Reports: Report generator, CSV/PDF export, scheduled reports
  • Unified Workplace: Central dashboard with configurable widgets, NOC dashboard
  • Notifications: Multi-channel (email, Teams, Webex), quiet hours
  • E-Mail: IMAP/SMTP + Microsoft Graph API, email signatures
  • Collaboration: Follower function, CC handling, invitation email, approvals
  • Analytics: Interactive dashboards

Eviworx consists of 12 specialized containers orchestrated via Docker Compose:
